We understand that our student customers are under a lot of stress as the semester draws to an end. For this reason, we like to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible. Our students sign up by completing a fast and easy from which they can access by visiting their school's page on our website. We do not ask you to provide us with credit card information when you sign up and you do not even need to know exactly what you plan to store. In fact, you will not receive an invoice until after your items are picked up. When you sign up, you select your desired pickup date as well as the date that you wish to receive your free packing supplies. You will receive an email confirming your signup and you will receive periodic email updates before your pickup date approaches. We deliver your packing supplies on your selected date which should give you plenty of time to pack at your leisure before your selected pickup date. On your selected pickup date, our friendly and professional crew members will pick your items up and take them to be safely stored in our secure facility until you plan to return to campus.
